I have followed John Maxwell for over 17 years and now I have a serious question to ask.
My grandson is considering a lower-level management position with Arby’s in one of the higher grossing stores. He has been with MacDonalds for 6 years managing several of their franchise stores. Now he has received an offer from Arby’s. The question is which one of your books would help him the most in managing the staff of this new store. With MacDonalds, he was responsible for hiring and firing the employees. With Arby’s, he will not have the same control.
