Candid Conversations: Turn Setbacks into Setups

John Maxwell says that one of a leader’s greatest assets is the perspective of others. That’s why he incorporates what he calls “Learning Lunches” in his schedule regularly. Learning lunches are a time for John to learn from those with different backgrounds and experiences by asking them seven key questions, which John shares in this episode.

John and Mark Cole then share a recent Learning Lunch story in which a new friend tells John how he was able to turn a $100 million setback into the most significant setup for success in his organization’s history.

This is not an episode you want to miss.
