Today we’re talking about something everyone has and everyone wants more of. That’s influence. John Maxwell says that leadership is influence––nothing more, nothing less. And if you’re going to lead others you need to gain influence. So, today John is going to begin this two-part series on how to gain more influence so that you can up-level your own leadership with those you lead.
