Kathy holds degrees in Communications and Business and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is the Founder and President of Inta-Great; a professional development company that helps leaders and organizations grow to greatness.

With over 20 years of experience with non-profits, government, and business, her clients include Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, Duquesne Light, UPMC, Time Warner Cable, Home Depot, and Upper St. Clair School District.
